Blackstone was formed by former brokers from Lehman Brothers who are effective and reliable search professionals with more than 25 years combined experience. We work with FC’s, FA’s, and RIA’s at all levels and understand not only your requirements but your need for confidentiality and discretion. Blackstone Recruiting has a working relationship with Wirehouses, Regional Firms, Investment Banks, and Independent Broker/Dealers. Whether you're a smaller producer just starting out and trying to find the best place to grow your business or a larger producer with a high net worth book, we can help you find the best fit.

Blackstone Recruiting works closely with firms who are expanding and opening new offices for groups of brokers and teams. We have a number of Branch Manager positions available for both producing and non-producing Managers.

Blackstone Recruiting works with brokers who are leaving the investment business to pursue other careers. For the 2-5 year broker who decides to move on, we can offer up to 80% of your current payout (depending on grid) for the life of the account. We also have a program for retiring brokers. We work closely with a Wealth Management Firm who will pay you up to 300% of production for 10 years.

Blackstone Recruiting works with Registered Investment Advisors. We consult with both Buyers and Sellers of financial practices. We call targeted lists of both SEC and State Registered firms then use precise questionnaires to locate the ideal candidate. We do not engage outside callers who call from a list. You can be assured all personal and financial information is held in strictest confidence.
